Our company policy is to deliver within 14 business days from the order confirmation date. We can provide faster delivery at an extra charge. Our website provides the option for expedited shipping.
After 21 calendar days we will replace your order at no charge if it does not arrive. However, you may still need to wait about 14 business days unless you pay for faster delivery. If order does not arrive within 30 days, we will refund the money back to the customer if a replacement order is not desired by the customer.
If reagents and supplies were received and unopened they can be returned at the company’s expense. See Returns page on our website for details on returns. If reagents and supplies have been opened or used before return, no refund is possible. If you make a mistake with your order, please contact customer service by email at email@example.com as soon as possible to rectify the problem and avoid delay or loss of shipment.
